Prior to the move into your beautiful new house, our maids will perform our traditional deep clean of the home and additional en residence items: wipe clean your kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts, hand mop the baseboards, hand wash most light fixtures, remove cobwebs from the storage areas, clean inside of cabinets/drawers, clean inside of closets/shelves, and clean inside appliances.

After Moving Out

After your family has moved out of the home, our maids will complete our traditional deep clean of the home and additional en residence items: wipe clean your kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts, hand mop the baseboards, hand wash most light fixtures, remove cobwebs from the storage areas, clean inside of cabinets/drawers, clean inside of closets/shelves, and clean inside appliances. We also suggest cleaning any specialty light fixtures and feature windows through a trusted sub-contractor.

Before Selling

To prepare your home for showings and get it “market ready,” we recommend our traditional deep clean of the home. We will also wipe clean your kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts, hand mop the baseboards, hand wash most light fixtures, and remove cobwebs from the storage areas. To add to your potential buyer’s experience, we suggest you consider having your feature windows washed inside and out as well as a few of our kitchen en residence items completed (inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, cabinet fronts, the garbage disposal and the trash bin). Our maids can also clean and condition leather furniture, clean plant leaves, clean and detail inside curio cabinets, detail blinds* throughout the house, and sweep and dust the front porch. May we also suggest cleaning your carpets, upholstery, specialty light fixtures and feature windows through a trusted sub-contractor.

*Due to the delicate nature of metal and plastic mini-blinds, these are not included in our cleaning process.

After Remodeling
